Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Our return policy allows you to return any product within 30 days from the date of shipment for a full refund of the purchase price (this does not include your original shipping fees). All returns require a Return Authorization from Grill Doctor.
For a return to be considered, items must be returned in original packaging and must not be used or damaged. The customer must obtain a Return Authorization before returning the item. Unless damaged when received or the wrong item was shipped, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges. The customer must notify Grill Doctor immediately if the shipment is damaged or an incorrect item is received. Large shipments will require a signature for delivery and must be refused at the time of delivery if damaged. If an item is shipped and returned because it is not deliverable, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges.
All returns require previous communication with Grill Doctor and a Return Authorization. Items must be returned prepaid in resaleable condition with all documentation, hoses, etc. Please package your shipment well and insure your shipment. If your return arrives to us damaged, you will have to file a claim with the shipping company to be reimbursed for the product. We are not responsible for damage during shipping on returns.
